Lorena Kuri, MBA is the Head of Diversity Strategy at BMS. In her role, she is responsible for developing the integrated diversity in clinical trials (DiCT) strategy to recruit a patient population that is more reflective of the real world.
As a strong inclusion advocate, she leverages her intersectionality and the roles she holds at organizations like WOCIP, the RedShoeMovement, and her hometown Diversity Committee to build an inclusive culture that values differences and serves ALL populations.
